PayPal was selected by Practice Advantage to manage our credit card processing in New Zealand, enabling the acceptance of New Zealand currency. This has been an ongoing request from many of our New Zealand clients. The relatively low cost structure of PayPal has also permitted us to ensure that price parity with Australian clients is achieved at a favourable price conversion rate.

What are the Benefits of PayPal for Practice Advantage?
Local currency. PayPal was a relatively easy facility to implement allowing the acceptance of New Zealand dollars.
Simplicity. The ordering process is very simple. Once an order is complete and payment made, clients are directed to a page on our site where they can downland instructions of the personalisation of their newsletters.
Security. Overseas transactions provide the least amount of security. Clients can now process orders directly without providing credit card details. All credit card transactions are securely processed on the PayPal website. After confirmation of payment, you are directed back to Practice Advantage.
Subcription management. Clients who have a PayPal account will be able to manage the details of their account via PayPal. That means being able to update credit card details, subscription terms and even cancel a subscription if that is required (subject to our terms and conditions). In addition, PayPal provide an effective dispute management system if for some reason you feel that you have a grievance that has not been dealt with to your satisfaction.
How does PayPal work?
Firms can use their credit card directly to make payments for full subscription payments. PayPal is then simply the credit card processor.
Alternatively if a firm wishes to take advantage of pay-by-the-month options available they can complete the easy sign up for a PayPal account. Firms are charged the setup cost when placing the order and the first of the monthly payments is charged two weeks after the initial order, and then monthly thereafter.
Each time a payment is made you are notified by email.
